Due to the Highly custom nature of our products, there will be NO REFUNDS on personalized items.
Regarding Returns - Return Merchandise Application requests must be emailed. Personalized engraved gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please view our policy stated below.
Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Merchandise defects and damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Personalized gifts cannot be returned, please be sure that the item you are ordering is what you are wanting including the lettering style. If you are not sure about an item, our suggestion is to order 1 item personalized for yourself before ordering multiples. You may also email us with any questions or concerns about the item before you order it customized. All sales are final on personalized gifts.
Non Customized items may be returned within 10 days of delivery (3 days on jewelry items) with an issued Return Merchandise Application, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price and shipping fees are not refundable. Each of our gifts are carefully inspected a minimum of 3 times before the order is shipped.
Returned orders without a Return Merchandise Application will be refused and returned to you. If a shipped and confirmed order is refused by the customer, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

If you request a change to your inscription via email, please be sure that you have received a reply from us so that you can be sure that we have received the change request. If not, we cannot be responsible for change requests. If an item has already been engraved when we receive the request, we cannot change the order.
When sending engraving instructions, please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. Your item will be engraved with this information, exactly as you provided it to us.
We do not guarantee delivery times. Please order your gifts well in advance of the date needed. In the rare event that a replacement is sent, ground shipping is always used. We reserved the right to cancel an order due to missing information, incorrect billing information, etc. We are not responsible for a gift order arriving late for an occasion. Your billing address must match your credit card or your order is subject to cancellation.
Online photos are not shown actual size, we are not responsible for typographical errors in the respect to the description of the items online. We do not warrant against slight color variations of the items photos published on the website.

Orders that have not yet began processing, can be canceled at no charge. A cancellation fee of $5.00 will be assessed on all orders that are canceled after processing has begun. ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELED PRIOR TO PERSONALIZATION.

Q: Why do some items not have all of the font selections on them?
A: The font selections are set up by our engravers as to what will look the best for each item depending on the engraving area. Some gifts can accommodate a monogram font and others do not have a large enough engraving area. Some items are engraved only with the font shown.
Q: If I order a frame will it be engraved horizontally or vertically?
A: In some cases we are only able to engrave the frame the way in which it is displayed. Frames that can be engraved either way, will be listed as such. If you do not specify which way for the frame to be engraved when providing your engraving instructions, it will be done vertically.
Q: What if I don’t choose a font?
A: If you do not specify a font when providing your engraving instructions, we engrave your items with the default font for that item. Available fonts are in the item description.
Q: How big will my engraving be?
A: Our engraved gift items all have engraving limitations. Font size will vary based on the product and length of the message being engraved. The more characters requested, the smaller the engraving will be.
Q: What is the difference between initials and a monogram?
A: Initials are listed first, middle, last. Monogram is listed as first, last, middle.
Q: How will my monogram look?
A: If requesting a monogram, the initials will be engraved in the exact order you provide them to us. We do not reorder initial for you. All initials will be engraved the same size. If you would like the middle initial larger, please specify when ordering.
Q: What is Photographic Engraving?
A: It is the process of taking your photo and engraving it on metal.
Q: What is Photographic Sublimation?
A: It is a process that produces continuous-tone images that look like photographic film. This process can be in color, or black and white.
Q: What types of photos can you engrave or sublimate?
A: We can engrave or sublimate any picture of people, pets, symbols or images. If you can take pictures of it we can engrave it.
Q: How large should my photo be?
A: The minimum size should be wallet at 2x3 inches. Generally they do not have to be any larger than 5x7 inches. We will accept photos up to 8x10 inches.
Q: Will my photo be returned to me?
A: We will send back your photo along with your completed order. Please remember to write your name, telephone number and receipt number on the back of your photograph. We will not take responsibility for any loss of photographs during mailing and shipping.
Q: How will I get my photo to you?
A: There are two ways we can get your photo: through regular mail or through email. For best results in turn around time, we suggest that you use email.
If you send the photo through email: -The image must be 300 dpi and no larger than 2x3 -We use JPEG formatting -The image size must not exceed 5MB -Photos can be in Color or Black and White

Q: How long will my photo order take?
A: From the time of your order and photo submission, we ship next day 1st class usually it takes 3-5 day. Q: How will my photo be cropped?
A: Your photo will be cropped automatically and done in portrait format. Cropping usually include the face and neck area, unless otherwise specified in your email submission.
Q: How do I know if my photo is good enough for the photo processing?
A: When choosing a photo, a good high quality photo will translate to a good high quality photo engraved or sublimated keepsake. Generally, if the photo is blurred, scratched or the paper is dimpled, these imperfections will also appear on the engraving as well.
For best results: When submitting photos, remember that the ideal photo for photo processing would be one where the hair line is distinct from the background. The background and face should be bright and clear.
Q: What if there are wrinkles, specks or other flaws in my photo?
A: We can do many things to improve image quality. We are able to remove flaws with our special software. If we are unable to make a beautiful finished product, we will notify you by phone or email and offer to engrave another photo or refund your money. This is very rare.
